I design and produce decorative and functional ceramic objects. Complex yet simple, sculptural yet functional. All objects have their roots in function and have been developed using a combination of computer aided design and manufacturing techniques, as well as the skill of the maker.

I produce much of my own work however I am currently looking for companies who would be interested in producing existing designs, or commissioning new designs.
experience
I have worked as a designer for a number of ceramic companies in the UK and have freelanced for manufacturers in the UK and Asia. I now live and work in Exeter in the South West as a designer/producer.
education
I am also involved in Education and I currently teach on the 3D Design Course at Birmingham City University and have taught in a number of Universities in the UK and Asia.
cad/cam
I have an interest in computers and their potential as a creative tool for Designer Makers or small producers like myself. I am interested in using digital manufacturing technologies in new ways to create new things with unique aesthetics.
